raised
in excess of $155,000 for this good cause.
All net funds go
directily to Cystic
Fibrosis research.
We

reserved Saturday September 9, 2006 at
Chequessett
Yacht & Country Club in Wellfleet, Ma.
for
this
year's event and look forward to seeing you there.
Our
goal
for this year's tournament is $15,000.

the
Beachcomber
Golf Tournament has become a permanent stop on the
Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation's TOUR CF.
This year's tournament
is sure to be the best to date and a wonderful, exiting day for
both
the
paricipants and the Foundation. Last year 72 golfers teed off at
Chequessett
Country Club and then congregated in the function room for
our
annual
banquet and awards ceremony. Last year prizes were awarded
for
closest
to the pin (2 holes), and longest drive (men's and women's). Prizes
were
also
awarded
for "low net" for the top 4 foursomes. We get lots
of
donations from local
businesses which are raffled off at the
banquet. Raffle
prizes included some great art work,
various golf related items, and many
gift certificates from local mechants.
Donations
include greens fees, cart, lunch, and banquet following the tournament.
